Z-Total Pot Topper and Feed is a natural granular pot topper that is made from dried, crushed olive pommace (the dried left-overs from making organic olive oil) , which as well as reducing water loss, it will also protect from soil based pests, prevent weeds and feed your plants. Add a layer 1cm deep to the surface of your pot, hanging basket or container covering as much of the compost surface as possible and then water as normal. Z-Total Pot Topper and Feed is safe to pets and wildlife, is non-toxic, biodegradable and visually attractive. Supplied in 1.7kg bags (recyclable sugarcane bags which are carbon neutral), which will cover up to 1.2m of pot surface. Use it to :-

• Pots, troughs, containers and baskets require regular watering and can dry out, Z-Total Pot Topper and Feed creates a dry layer that holds in water and stops evaporation, so less watering is needed.
• Z-Total Pot Topper and Feed  slowly releases organic nutrients into the compost to keep your plants healthy.
• Z-Total Pot Topper and Feed  dry surface deters pests such as Sciarid Flies and vine weevils from gaining access to the compost and laying eggs.
• Z-Total Pot Topper and Feed acts as a weed suppressing mulch.
• N.B. This product needs to dry our so it is not suitable to use in humid environments such as propagator or on small seedlings.
