These NEW SLOW RELEASE Grub and Weevil Nematodes are encapsulated in small pellets, which means they LAST LONGER (they will keep for 3 months once opened), they do NOT need to be refrigerated, you can use what you want and close the lid until the next time and are VERY easy to apply i.e. just shake them out over the surface of the compost – no need to dilute and water on. These nematodes can be used to target BOTH Chafer Grubs, Leatherjackets and Vine Weevil grubs and are perfect for tackling smaller infestations of both pests. Add them to pots or to compost while planting up to protect against vine weevil grubs or use them to target small patches of lawn pests. These SLOW RELEASE Grub and Weevil Nematodes containing natural nematodes (steinernema feltiae), which are the natural enemy of Chafer Grubs, Leatherjackets and Vine Weevil grubs. Apply once the soil temperature is above 10°C i.e anytime between March and October.

SLOW RELEASE Grub and Weevil Nematodes contain harmless nematodes, which will control Chafer Grubs, Leatherjackets and Vine Weevil grubs, but are safe to use on food crops, safe for children, pets and wildlife and are very easy to apply. Supplied in a shaker tube, this pack contains 10 million nematodes and will treat up to 20 sqm. Simply repeat as often as is needed to keep the area free of pests – it is impossible to overdose & is totally safe to use near food crops.
