They have a telephone that works with a real person on the end! Deep joy. Easy to ask a question about my order and the service to accommodate me was first rate. Oh yes and the products (vine weevil nematodes and Lily Beetle Spray) and delivery are also excellent. Thanks.

Brilliant product, really pleased with the results. I had a beautiful olive tree in a pot which started losing it’s leaves and stopped growing altogether back in May/June. Found the dreaded vine weevil eggs in the soil. Within 2 weeks of applying the nematodes the tree started started growing again and has flourished all summer.
Just waiting to give it the Autumn dose and hopefully that’ll be the end of the problem.
