We supply native British Adult Ladybirds in packs of 25 or 50 with food ready for release in your garden. Green Gardener only supplies British Adalia bipunctata ladybirds – we do NOT supply Harlequin ladybirds. 2 Spot Ladybirds: Natural Pest Control Solution

Ladybirds are the best known beneficial insect and a welcome sight in the garden, where they happily munch away on greenfly, blackfly and other tasty pests. By releasing ladybirds in your garden you can boost their numbers, which will lead to a permanent decrease in the number of pests in your garden i.e. aphids. Each ladybird will eat about 5000 aphids and will soon produce the next generation of ladybird larvae, which in turn also eat aphids. Ladybirds are available between March and September.

Adult Ladybirds – We supply native British 2 spot Adalia bipunctata ladybirds ready for release in your garden. Green Gardener only supplies native British Adalia bipunctata ladybirds – we do NOT supply Harlequin ladybirds. The ladybirds are sent by 1st class post with food included. Ladybirds are natural predators of aphids (greenfly and blackfly) as well as being a gardener’s / youngster’s favourite. By releasing ladybirds, you can permanently increase the number of these beneficial insects in your garden and decrease the number of pests. They should be released directly onto aphid infected plants or dotted around the garden either early in the morning or late evening. Available in packs of 25, 50’s and 100’s.

    Such a wonderful and eco-friendly idea! The ladybirds came quickly and were packaged sensitively and appropriately. I followed the clear instructions and released them onto my affected plants and it worked. Blackfly were all but eliminated in a short space of time.
