Use Soft Water Sulphur to neutralising the effects of hard tap water for watering plants. Most plants preferring to grow in slightly acidic conditions, but tap water from hard water areas can be alkaline, so adding Soft-Water Sulphur to your water will neutralize the alkalinity. The obvious tell-tale signs of being in a hard water area are lime scale deposits in kettles and around taps. Soft water Sulphur is easy and economical to use - simply sprinkle one level scoop (scoop included) in 7 litres water, stir and apply with a watering can to the soil or compost and around the plant. It works quickly, neutralising the lime and results in more vibrant and healthy growth. N.B. Do not water apricots, cucumbers, melons, and other sulphur sensitive plants. 250g pack makes 350 litres (75 gallons) of soft water.
