EnviroMesh is the easy way to protect your vegetable crops from a wide range of insect pests such as carrot root fly and caterpillars PLUS it will protect from the worst of the weather i.e. hail. This fine mesh net will protect your crops, yet it needs no support - just place loosly over the crop and secure with pegs or stones. Rain can pass easily through the mesh, so the plants can be watered (or fed with liquid fertiliser) through the mesh and there is no need to remove it. It also allows air to circulate, so it is better for the crops and it is less likely to be blown away. Leave it in position all year round right up until harvest. It will also protect your crops and soft fruit from birds, rabbits, wind and hail. Enviromesh is very strong and durable, so it will last for years and can be re-used from one season to the next.
