These 140 litre Compostable Bags are made out of starch, are PLASTIC FREE, are fully compostable and are perfect for lining smaller wheelie bins (brown bins) or use them in the garden i.e. to collect leaves / garden waste. This bag is certified 100% compostable and will break down completely, so once the bag is full of garden / organic waste, it can be safely added to your home composter or kerbside organic waste bin. N.B. Do not put non-organic waste into a composter or the organic waste collection system, but it is safe to place then in your wheely bin where they will break down in landfill. Each bag measures 140cm x 87.5cm, holds 140 litres and come in a roll containing 3 bags.

They are certified 100% compostable to EU and US Standards EN13432 and ASTM6400 PLUS they carry the Seedling logo and the OK Compost certification. Made with extra stretch material, they can withstand extra resistance before tearing. These 140 litre Compostable Bags can be disposed of in local authority/municipal domestic food or compostable waste collection, normal waste collections or in home composters where they will break down completely and quickly, helping return nutrients to the earth and support a new generation of growth. Each bag measures 140cm x 87.5cm, holds 140 litres and come in a roll containing 3 bags.
