					<description><![CDATA[I ordered from you one pack of ECO Hanging Glue Traps and four intros of Encarsia for Whitefly. Delivery was prompt, but unfortunately what should have been the second intro of Encarsia arrived on the same day as the first intro and the Glue Traps. Thus, although I actually had four lots of Encarsia I was unable to space them out at weekly intervals. However, they had done a grand job and reduced what was starting to be a major problem to just an occasional individual whitefly.]]></description>
