Delivery was prompt, but unfortunately what should have been the second intro of Encarsia arrived on the same day as the first intro and the Glue Traps. Thus, although I actually had four lots of Encarsia I was unable to space them out at weekly intervals. However, they had done a grand job and reduced what was starting to be a major problem to just an occasional individual whitefly.
