In reply to Tania Reddin. Thanks for the message and being a 12v system the cable is quite thin but being 12v it means that if the cable is damaged i.e. cut with a spade or bitten, it can just be joined with insulation tape and will be fine. I hope this helps. Jon @ Green Gardener

Don’t bother buying the flimsy mains adaptor recommended. The foxes bit through the cable on the first night and Green Gardener won’t count that as being under warranty. Total waist of money. I’ve bought a battery so will see how the foxwatch works…

Recommend the Green Gardener website. I purchased two FOXWatch Fox Repellers from the site and found it very each to use. The product itself is excellent, whilst relatively pricey at £50 each, it has proven to be well worth the investment. Since installing them, we haven’t seen a single fox on our property—a remarkable change considering we used to have 2–4 foxes visiting daily. Highly recommend this product!

I fitted two ultrasonic foxscarers in my back garden. They are easy to use and good value. The fox damage to my back lawn has been reduced if not yet eliminated.
