This is a great product and very pleased with it from an efficacy and environmental perspective (takes a few days to work, but it works). That said, the packaging is horrendous. Just put it in a normal bottle, I am begging you!

Hi Jon, Really happy with this product. I just wondered if you knew whether it would be ok to spray where there are bulbs beneath the soil? Would it kill the bulbs? I have a garden bed where I work which only has bulbs in and now they have flowered and been cut back all remains is earth, but rather than having to weed the soil I was thinking of just using this. Please let me know what you think.

In reply to Lucia. Thanks for the message and it contains pelargonic acid and maleic acid hydrazide - both are natural. Pelargonic acid is also found naturally in pelargoniums and is a highly effective fatty acid widely used in the treatment of unwanted plants. Maleic acid hydrazide is an extremely old and well researched active ingredient. First produced in 1895, it has been used as a growth regulator. I hope this helps. Kind regards Jon @ Green Gardener

We have some very pretty weeds with purple flowers that grow madly along the side of our house and although they look nice they do destroy the pointing on our house so having looked up weed killer that doesn’t harm insects I found the Green Gardener (.co.uk) had one for a reasonable sum, so I ordered it and it arrived very speedily and it works, it sometimes needs spraying again but it has definitely vastly improved the issue! So many thanks Green Gardener for providing an alternative solution!
