Delivery Details - We aim to deliver all our products within 5-7 days of ordering (unless items are pre-ordered for later in the year i.e. Pre-orders for Chafer Killer are sent w/c 02/08 as this is the ideal time to treat).
Goods are despatched as follows: Nematodes are despatched daily by 1st class post Monday to Thursday. We try to send as many nematodes out as possible for next day delivery, but as we are dealing with a living product we may have to wait for deliveries from suppliers etc, so please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Economy packs are despatched by Special Delivery. Natural controls ( i.e. Phytoseiulus, Encarsia etc) are despatched by 1st class post on a Tuesdays & Thursdays. Ladybird and Lacewing Larvae are despatched by 1st class post on Thursdays ONLY. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery as we have to pre-order our Ladybirds and Lacewing Larvae 6 months in advance to ensure supply. As there is a set number available each week, if we run out due to high demand, your order will roll to the front of the queue for the following week. Smaller non living items i.e. ladybird house, butterfly kits etc are despatched by Royal Mail packet post (equivalent to 2nd class post) and will be delivered by your normal post person. Larger non living items i.e. wormeries, composters etc are delivered by Business Post.
