Garlic Greenhouse Candles - Fumigating a greenhouse with a sulphur candle has been the traditional way of clearing over-wintering pests. Replace these sulphur based candles with a Garlic Greenhouse Candle - a unique chemical-free garlic candle.  It is used in the same way as a sulphur candle i.e. simply place this in your greenhouse, light the fuse and leave overnight. HOWEVER, unlike sulphur candles you do NOT need to remove the plants before using the Garlic Candle and they are safe to use in aluminium greenhouses and polytunnels. Garlic Greenhouse Candles do not leave any smell or visible deposits in the greenhouse and they will not taint any fruit and / or vegetables. Each Garlic Greenhouse Candle is sufficient to treat a 3m x 2m greenhouse.

Citrox disinfectant - This natural disinfectant contains extracts of citrus fruit and is effective against a range of bacterial and fungal diseases. Citrox is ideal for cleaning greenhouses, water butts, bird tables and pots and trays. Citrox is ideal for keeping bird tables clean to minimise the spread of diseases. It can also be added to waterbutts (25ml per 100 litres of water) to keep the water clean and free from disease.

Sulphur Lawn - Drive away worms (without harming them!) and stop wormcasts by lowering the pH of your lawn. Worms are good for the garden, however, they or rather their worm casts can be a real nuisance as they ruin the appearance of a fine lawn. Worms do not like acidic conditions, (but your lawn does) so the more acidic your lawn, the less problem worms and their casts will be. Discourage worm activity and stop wormcasts by applying Sulphur Lawn to lower the pH of your lawn. All orders for Sulphur Lawn comes with a pH testing kit which will allow you to monitor the pH of your lawn before and after application. Sulphur Lawn is applied as a liquid using a watering can - a 250g pack initially treats 50 sqm/65 sq yds.

Nutra-Iron - A great lawn consists of just grass - this organic treatment is watered on to encourage grass growth, forcing out the unwanted moss and improves appearance. After application the moss turns black, so it can be raked out. Nutra-Iron, with its fast acting water on formula, contains high quality soluble iron, which is stronger and therefore more economical than other preparations. Nutra-iron also quickly improves the colour of the lawn and treated grass is stronger and healthier, making it more resistant to pests, diseases and weeds - a 500g pack of Nutra-iron treats 100 sq yds / 83 sqms of lawn. To 'green up' your lawn and improve disease resistance treat at a reduced rate of 500g per 300 sq yds or 250 sqm.

Sulphur Rose - For blemish free roses (and other plants) the natural way apply Sulphur Rose - Roses often develop yellow leaves and black blotches i.e Blackspot & Mildew, which make the plants unsightly. Sulphur Rose is a brilliant spray on plant tonic which encourages healthy blemish-free growth. Spray the stems and the ground around the roses during the dormant season, then spray regularly through the growing season. During periods of high humidity and above average temperatures, apply every 14 days because these conditions encourage the spread of diseases. Sulphur Rose MUST be applied to both the underside and top of all the leaves. Sulphur Rose - a 250g pack keeps 20 roses healthy for one season. 

Winter Tree Wash - One of the best ways of reducing pest numbers in fruit trees is to apply this organic Winter Tree Wash during the dormant season i.e. NOW before the leaves appear on the tree. This winter wash is based on natural plant oils which "dissolves" the eggs of pests such as greenfly, red spider mite etc. Apply to top and soft fruit at any time through the winter when the plants are dormant. Suitable for organic growers everywhere. Dilute the product 1 part concentrate to 10 parts water i.e. each bottle of conc. will yield 5 litres of spray.

Copper Snail Tape - Use our serrated snail tape if you main problem is snails or a combination of both slugs AND snails. Snails hate copper because of a reaction between their mucus and the copper.  Stop snails getting into your pots with this self adhesive snail tape which is simply applied to the rim of the pot and forms a barrier snails (and slugs) will not cross. With its serrated edge it forms a formidable barrier that snails (and slugs) will not cross! It's long lasting, looks good and sticks to any clean dry pot. Hosta Halos - Designed to slip over the tender shoots of hostas, delphiniums and other herbaceous plants. Natural Mole Smoke - Poison mole smokes have not been available for many years, but now we have an organic mole smoke available which repels moles WITHOUT harming them! Once lit inside the moles' tunnels, the smoke coats the inside with castor oil forming a physical barrier and taints the moles’ food source i.e. worms encouraging the moles to go elswhere. Once the moles' tunnel has been located, remove the lid from the mole smoke and light the fuse. Push the lit smoke down into the tunnel with the fused end pointing lengthways down the tunnel. Cover the hole gently with earth and make sure that the tunnels leading away from the mole hill are also well covered, so smoke does not leak out. Repeat as required using 1 smoke per 3 molehills. The Waspinator - The Waspinator creates a large wasp free zone WITHOUT killing the wasps and without disturbing the insect world in your garden. The Waspinator is an effective natural wasp deterrent which will repel wasps from the garden areas you use, but which leaves them free to do their work of pollinating flowers and killing aphids elsewhere. The Waspinator repels wasps by mimicking an enemy wasp nest. Just hang the Waspinator up in the area you want to be wasp free - wait 15 minutes and any wasps will leave the area! Diatomaceous Earth (DE) - Control crawliong insects including ants, fleas, earwigs etc with DE. DE is 100% natural and is supplied as a fine powder in a 100g Puffer bottle, which is "squirted" where-ever the insects live or crawl. Diatomaceous Earth is the fossilised remains of diatoms (a type of algae). Thousands of tons of this natural product are available worldwide. Diatomaceous Earth controls insects by physical means not chemical. The DE is applied where insects live and is picked up by them. Just squirt into the cracks and crevices, where ants live or rub into a dog's coat to control fleas and ticks. Insects die from contact with DE within a few days.

Nite Eyes - Repel Foxes and Badges with Nite Eyes as featured on BBC's Country File -This solar powered unit repels both foxes and badgers by mimicking the eyes of a predator. The solar powered unit charges by day and then comes on automatically at dusk (it automatically turns off again in the morning and starts charging again). Once it comes on , the two red LED lights in the front start to flash and it is this flashing of the lights that stops the fox / badger. Nite Eyes do not harm the animals, but they will feel threatened, because they believe the flash to be the eyes of another animal and it is this sense of being watched that the animals do not like so they turn tail and run away.
