Camera Bird Boxes - These boxes are made from top quality CEDAR, so they are very durable (they will last for years) PLUS they offer the birds a well insulated nest site - BEWARE of cheap imitations made from plywood! Our Camera Boxes are fitted with infrared and high resolution cameras as standard (except the starter kit) giving fantastic picture quality both day and night ,without the use of artificial white light ,which may deter birds from nesting. They also have audio built in and can easily be connected to a television or PC (video to USB adaptor needed for connecting to a PC).
Camera Bird Box - Each box features a sliding drawer, which contains the camera, so it can be easily removed for cleaning or moving to a different box / feeder. The box is supplied with an interchangeable hole panel enabling the box to be either open fronted, or fitted with a 32mm or 28mm opening making it suitable for a variety of birds. Our boxes are fitted with High resolution and infrared cameras which will produce great colour images during the day and black & white images at night. Infrared light is invisible to the human eye and to birds, so it will not affect their natural roosting/nesting process in any way. A built -in highly sensitive microphone helps you to hear as well as see what's going on inside the box too. This can become addictive ,as we found ourselves just having a little sit down to watch developments!

From Lorna "My daughter bought us a camera bird box for Christmas and you said to keep you informed. To my delight, tonight we have had our first egg!! Mother is in the box now, very uncomfortable, poor thing and I am sure we will have more soon. The camera is honestly one of the most wonderful presents we have ever had and is a joy to us and everyone who visits us. I run courses from home and if the enthusiasm of course members is anything to go by, you will certainly have many more customers."
"We have just seen our five baby great tits leave the camera nest box that I bought in December. We have had many happy months tuning in each evening because the birds used it as a roost long before the nest building began. We had 9 eggs that all hatched ,but had the full drama of seeing the bigger babies snatch most of the food and the smaller ones fall by the way side ,despite us filling all our feeders every morning. We have filmed each stage of their existence and now have a DVD of Life with the Great Tits!! Fascinating!" Kind regards Sharman Bastin.
"I do not normally write to praise products, but felt I had to write to thank you for the unparalleled pleasure we are having from one of your nest boxes with a colour video camera. Mr & Mrs Blue Tit started making their nest about 4 weeks ago. She laid 11 eggs over the next week or so, on which she duely sat. We named her Fil (as in Fidgety Fil - she never sat still for more than 20 seconds). Yesterday she hatched 8 (or is it 9) tiny babies, whose mouths - their gape - is just extraordinary to watch. How do they get such huge grubs in? You have to take sole responsibility for no work being done at home at present! Thank you for really brightening up our lives." Tom Moore
"I’m still avidly watching in the hope I’ll see at least some of the chicks leave the nest. It’s been fun watching them again today! Yesterday the chicks lined up neatly for me to count them – definitely 11!" Kind regards Kay
